My future job

This is a big issue for me, because during the pandemic I realised that my career as a theatre actress was not what satisfied me completely, but rather the audiovisual and more specifically the production and behind the scenes work involved in audiovisuals. So from what I have researched and seen, in the not too distant future, I would very much like to be an art director and also a cinematographer. I see in both, a place that I love, full of creativity and colours, in which to create a new world where everything combines and ends up making sense for the whole piece. Besides that, also during the pandemic I have discovered the area of mental health, how important it is and how much I would like to work in theatre as a tool to deal with psychological and psychiatric disorders. I would very much like to do workshops as therapy for children, young people and/or adults.

A PHOTOGRAPH I LIKE

Imagen
Well, these two images that i put here are from the same trip I would like to talk about. Both were taken in July 2016 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a trip I took to my best friend's house who went to live in the US for her dad's job that year. This trip brings back very good memories as it was the first time I left the country, took a plane and alone, so besides being exciting, it was a great challenge for me because I was only 16 years old.  I went for a month, and as my friend Catalina was on summer holidays there, they had planned many outings, we did many different and entertaining things, among them I remember the moment in one of the photos, when we went to the zoo and inside there was a butterfly garden where before entering they gave you an envelope with a closed butterfly inside so that when you entered you could open it and the butterfly flew free. It was a very nice experience, but honestly I don't think I would do it again, I think it is taking away and rest...

THE BEST CONCERT I'VE HAD

Imagen
The best concert I've ever been to was Lady Gaga. It was on 21 November 2012 on the BORN THIS WAY BALL tour, at the National Stadium.  I remember I went with my mother in the gallery enclosure and we waited a few hours before entering the stadium, it was a very hot day but I didn't mind because I had waited a long time for that day.  About the concert, I remember I was in shock when Lady Gaga came on stage, her show and her presence were unique, besides her great voice, she sang just like in the songs! On the stage there was a giant castle that opened and closed as dancers came out from inside, and there were coloured lights that coloured the whole stage. She changed costumes many times, played the piano and even came out once transformed into a motorbike! The concert lasted almost 3 hours and I had a great time, it was an experience that I remember to this day and would definitely repeat.
